Value is created through the use of an outsourced independent contractor whereas each individual project is completed until it is commercially executed.  Project development, sales [and marketing] are done on a fee-per-accomplishment agreement, on a fee-per-unit sold [brokerage] system or a combination of both.

Affordable consultancy costs are achieved through the use of flexible working teams assigned for each professional assignment. Each team is evaluated towards the end-goal being it its market application.
